At the Silver Star Urgent Care center, you can expect to find a wide range of services. We have an x-ray machine on premises, as well as a lab for quick diagnosis. Our doctors can diagnose and treat patients of all ages, and most any problem except for life-threatening situations. In those cases, you need to go to a hospital’s emergency room right away.

Whenever you come to an urgent care center with a medical coverage plan, you can expect to be required to have a co-pay. This amount will be expected to be paid at the time of treatment. Most often, the payment will range between $20 and $40.

Save Money

Going to an urgent care center will cost you considerably less than it would cost to go to an emergency room at a hospital. This can provide you with a way to save money and still get quality medical care. When you have a real life-threatening emergency, however, be sure to use the emergency room because urgent care centers are not equipped to handle that level of emergency.

Call in Advance

Just to be sure that your health plan will be accepted, and most plans are, it is a good idea to call in advance. This will save you time when medical treatment is needed and enable you to go where it is accepted.

Besides being able to see a doctor faster, another advantage is that the urgent care center may be located closer to your home than the nearest hospital.

The Silver Star Urgent Care center has six locations to help our communities and we accept most insurance plans. All of our doctors are Board-certified and they care for their patients. To help serve you better, we have extended hours, and are open from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm seven days every week.
